The 24-piece set includes 6x table forks, table knives, soup spoons and tea spoons. Robert Welch spoons and forks are made from the finest 18/10 stainless steel. This updated version of the classic Robert Welch design continues to demonstrate the finest attention to detail, which includes the sleek and elegant outline of each piece, though the gauge and length of each piece has been increased in order to improve the over all weight distribution. Knives are made from a specially hardened stainless steel to maintain a cutting edge. All cutlery is dishwasher safe. Awarded the Royal Designer for Industry Award in 1965 as well as many other awards, Robert Welch creations can be seen from The Victoria and Albert Museum to the Museum of Modern Art, New York, as well as No.10 Downing Street. Undoubtedly though his cutlery designs have been sold and used more widely than any other of his creations.
